Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the everyday people who were never taught how to transition into and navigate adulthood or life in general. People that were thrown to the wolves and left to fend for themselves. My business is driven by the gaps I've witnessed, where knowledge was needed the most but was completely missing. As an educator at heart, I want nothing more than to fill those gaps and provide a safe space for everyone to feel understood.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from remembering just how impactful and empowering accessible knowledge is. When someone gains clarity and confidence, it reinforces my purpose to finish this work. I've seen firsthand how lack of guidance affects outcomes. My vision on building a better community pushes me forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will expand The Empowered Collective by developing additional structured life skills curriculums, educational materials, pouring back into my community via workshops/trainings and building a digital platform that will transform lives. These funds would provide the boost needed to get The Empowered Collective off the ground and into the hands of those who need it most.
