How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the transformation I witness when women realize their power. Through The G.L.O.W. Syndicate, I’ve seen confidence ignite, collaborations form, and dreams evolve into thriving businesses. Knowing that one connection, one opportunity, or one moment of belief can change a woman’s entire trajectory keeps me moving forward. My motivation is simple: when women rise together, families strengthen, communities flourish, and legacies are born.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding The G.L.O.W. Syndicate’s launch accelerator for women ready to turn ideas into sustainable businesses. The funds would support startup micro-grants, brand development, mentorship, and collaborative launch opportunities for emerging women members. My goal is simple: remove the barriers that delay women from starting, scaling, and owning. When one woman launches successfully, she creates opportunity, jobs, and inspiration for many more
