How do you stay motivated?

By staying anchored to my why — the Women of Color, especially Black women 50+, who are overlooked, underestimated, and overdue. Every episode recorded, every stage I step on, every woman who joins the Collective reminds me this work isn't optional. And so does living proof: traveling, experiencing art, building generational wealth. My dream life is the mission. When doubt creeps in, I return to purpose — and purpose has never let me down.
