Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my background. I didn’t grow up in a family where investing in property & homeownership as a means to generational wealth were common. But even so, I have learned and understand how powerful owning property can be. It motivates me to be the person who changes that pattern for my own family and help other families create stability and long-term wealth for their families too.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I don’t have a safety net—I have a purpose. After a successful cancer battle in 2019, I had to start over, from scratch. Real estate is my business, my income, and my opportunity to create a different future for myself and my family, and at the same time help others do the same through home and property ownership. This responsibility to myself and to others keeps me disciplined and committed, even on the tough days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funds would be used to expand my real estate business through strategic marketing, technology upgrades, and professional development. I would invest in signage and digital lead generation to reach more buyers and sellers, purchase equipment to improve marketing and client communication, and complete AI and business training to operate more efficiently. These investments will allow me to grow my business and help more families achieve homeownership and build long-term wealth.
