Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is every Caregiver of persons with extraordinary needs. Designed by God was inspired through seeing different caregivers exhibiting love, advocacy, sacrifice, and perseverance daily. Those moments revealed that caregiving is not just responsibility; it is ministry. The organization was created to encourage caregivers that they are not unnoticed, but that God sees their work and will renew their strength.

How do you stay motivated?

I am motivated by connecting with other caregivers and walking beside them on their journey. Caregiving is a unique calling. My heart is to encourage and guide caregivers so they feel supported, valued, and reminded that God sees their work and will give them the strength to continue. When we come together it is motivation and a reminder that we are not alone, hope is multiplied and we through the strength of Jesus Christ, can conquer the caregiver journey.

What would you do with the $25,000?
