I’m inspired by my five children and my journey as a single mom navigating systems that were never built for families like mine. Experiencing food waste, rising costs, and limited access to community resources firsthand pushed me to create ZeroFlow a multilingual sustainability platform that helps households reduce waste, earn points, and access essentials like groceries and community rewards. My lived experience fuels my mission to build solutions that make life easier, more affordable.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. As a single mom of five, I’ve learned to turn every challenge into fuel. ZeroFlow was born from real struggles — managing waste, stretching groceries, and trying to create stability for my family. Knowing that ZeroFlow can help households reduce waste, save money, and build healthier communities keeps me focused. Every step forward is a reminder that I’m creating a tool that can genuinely improve people’s lives.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to scale ZeroFlow’s multilingual ecosystem across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Central and South America. The funding would support app development, compliance, and community‑based tools that reward households for reducing food waste, recycling properly, sorting garbage correctly, and diverting textiles from landfills. This investment strengthens ZeroFlow’s ability to create measurable environmental and social impact across diverse communities.
