My inspiration comes from my children and my own lived experiences with pressure and mental health. Watching them learn and grow—while navigating challenges like autism—reshaped how I see leadership and resilience. It drives me to build solutions that help people recognize their potential, even in difficult moments, and turn everyday progress into something meaningful and empowering.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose and responsibility. My children are my why—they’re the future, and I want to build something they can be proud of and use. Every challenge I’ve faced, from mental health to providing for my family, fuels my discipline. This isn’t about motivation in the moment. it’s about creating something meaningful that lasts beyond me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25K to build the first version of Homework Heroes—allocating funds to app development, design, and initial content creation. I’d pilot it with local schools and families, gather feedback, and refine the experience. The goal is to quickly bring it to life, prove its impact on kids’ confidence, and create a scalable platform that empowers children to see themselves as capable and proud learners.
