Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children are my greatest inspiration. Everything I build is about creating a legacy they can be proud of and proving that entrepreneurship can transform families and communities. I want them to see resilience, service, and faith in action. Beyond my family, I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who create opportunity for others. My goal is to build businesses that don’t just generate revenue—but create spaces, jobs, and impact that uplift the community.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through discipline and purpose. I follow the teachings of Jim Rohn, who reminds us that success comes from doing the things that must be done—even when we don’t feel like doing them. As an entrepreneur, my work supports my family and the community we serve. That responsibility fuels me daily. When I remember that our businesses create opportunities, experiences, and livelihoods for others, motivation becomes a commitment—not just a feeling.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would strategically invest the $25,000 to accelerate growth at our second location. $10,000 would complete the third-floor build-out to expand our community event space. $5,000 would fund a part-time assistant to strengthen operations. $3,000 would support leadership development through a CEO retreat or workshop. The remaining $7,000 would cover three months of operating expenses ($2,500/month) while we scale bookings and community programming.
