Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Emily Pilloton, she the founded of a design/bulid education program that teaches students hands- on skills like welding, fabrication in construction. She also believe that students learn best , buy building things that help their community.

How do you stay motivated?

As woman instructor and a welder in a male dominant trade, it can be really challenging, but me as a women in the skill trade I've build a strong careers to stay focused confident on the people in my communities. For me these are issues on how I stay motivated and grounded in a male dominant field. Along with teaching others, how to substance livable income in the trade in a trade skill they will have for a life time.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love get a container on wheels and into a trade school with at least six welding boots, and purchase welding equipment and materials. And within the next two to five years eventually open up my own welding shop with the assistants of grant funding.
