Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Even as a young boy I always dreamt of owning my business. I did not have any business heroes or inspiration. It was something innate, I always knew I would have my own business. I always knew that business was the right way or even the only way to go. Growing up I began to admire certain brands for its quality & excellence, Nike,Levi’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, to name a few. I looked at these companies advertised their businesses and they did inspire me to seek after my own business.

How do you stay motivated?

Value! I know no 9-5 can reward me for my value, secondly, my love for humanity, I love people, and so excellence in customer service means the world to me. And lastly quality as opposed to quantity. I believe quality is the hallmark of loyalty. The forth and most important to me is giving back to people. Those are the four things absolutely, excites and motivate me in business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This is easy, open my dream business, a Caribbean Gourmet Cuisine restaurant with live music on the weekends. The first in my vision franchise. You just need one to start a franchise. Proven systems can replicate. Building turn key seamless, automated systems can scale to endless proportions. And given the chance you would have funded the first Caribbean Gourmet restaurant chain in your competition history. And also be granted free food for life for you and significant other life lol promise!
