Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is making a difference in my community. I love collaborating with local businesses to help them grow while mentoring entrepreneurs along the way. I teach the power of networking, showing up, building relationships, and just asking. Community, creativity, and a clear mission to help others succeed are what drive my business every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting three daily goals and practicing ten gratitudes to keep my mindset strong. I’m not afraid to ask for what I want and take action. My guiding principles are perseverance, persistence, and patience. My greatest motivation is the impact I can make, helping businesses grow, mentoring entrepreneurs, and creating stronger communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Being awarded $25,000, I would expand my mission of helping women entrepreneurs access networking, mentorship, and opportunity. I would sponsor memberships and events so more women can be in rooms where connections happen. My philosophy is simple: show up and just ask.
