Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from watching cancer survivors in my close circle navigate hair loss and regrowth, while also experiencing my own hair loss journey. Those experiences showed me how deeply hair is tied to identity and confidence. I founded Panthera to create luxurious, coordinated hair accessories that support every stage of the hair journey and empower people to feel beautiful and confident.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering who I’m building for, which is gender inclusive as people deserve products that protect their hair while making them feel confident and luxurious. Every small milestone, customer message, or moment someone chooses Panthera over fast fashion reminds me that thoughtful, mission-driven brands can make a real impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would accelerate Panthera’s growth by funding expanded product manufacturing, sustainable packaging, and digital marketing to reach new customers. It would also support partnerships with local beauty professionals and community pop-ups to introduce protective luxury haircare to more women while building a strong, community-centered brand.
