Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by humanity, by the inherent worth, dignity, and belonging people carry before any system defines it. Most business models don’t reflect that. I’m interested in building differently, creating work and economic models that align with who people already are, not what they have to prove.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay grounded in alignment. When I see gaps between what’s said and how things actually function, especially around power, it becomes clear what needs to shift. I don’t rely on motivation as much as clarity. The work itself calls me forward because I can see what’s possible when things are aligned.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in building HEAL by HEAL Humanity Now as a restorative economic initiative, developing tools and products that support alignment at the level of self, relationships, and systems. The goal is to create a model where everyday engagement reflects dignity, accountability, and the inherent worth of people.
