Educator, author, and founder of CLLAIMM Academy with 40+ years empowering children and families. Co-founder of early learning centers in Vallejo, CA. Creator of the faith-based CLLAIMM Model, developing confident, purpose-driven children. Legacy builder mentoring the next generation, including the GuiceGirls—young authors, speakers, and entrepreneurs. From a family of entrepreneurs, including their parents, my son and daughter-in-law.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that every child has potential that must be nurtured. When I see children develop confidence, leadership, and a love for learning, it reminds me why this work matters. My faith keeps me grounded, and my mission keeps me moving forward—to build environments where children grow into responsible, capable adults who positively impact their families and communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I will strategically allocate funds to expand educational resources and programming through CLLAIMM Academy. This investment will advance innovative, faith-based learning environments that support holistic child development—academically, spiritually, and socially. It will also expand children's leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives, equipping children to become confident, purpose-driven contributors to their families and communities.
