The women producers I work with across Africa manage beehives and farms that sustain entire ecosystems, yet they rarely access the economic systems their labor supports. Their work shapes biodiversity, food security, and medicinal products with extraordinary precision. They showed me the most powerful businesses aren’t extractive—they’re ecosystems. BeeNova is built on that principle.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by working on problems that matter across generations. BeeNova builds regenerative beekeeping hubs that support women-led cooperatives while strengthening biodiversity. Across digital health, agriculture, and new economic models, my focus is the same: design systems that make communities more resilient and expand opportunity. When real people depend on the outcome, the drive to keep building never fades.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would launch BeeNova’s first pilot—a regenerative beekeeping hub supporting women-led cooperatives while generating biodiversity intelligence. The $25K would fund ecological data collection using existing IoT tools and support the first build of BeeNova’s smart hives. The pilot will produce measurable biodiversity and economic data, demonstrating how pollinators can anchor scalable nature-based infrastructure and new community-driven markets.
