Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business really began when I was working with burned out school administrators. I saw leaders who were deeply committed to their schools and communities, yet they were overwhelmed and struggling to find balance in their lives. Watching that made me want to help. I became passionate about helping them step back, look at how they were spending their time, and find ways to create more balance without losing their sense of purpose or impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My work began with helping burned out school administrators who were giving everything they had to their schools but often had very little left for themselves. Seeing the weight they carried reminded me that the work matters. When I keep that purpose in mind, it fuels me to keep going. I also stay motivated by the impact. Every time someone tells me that they were able to reclaim their time, set a boundary, or feel more aligned.

What would you do with the $25,000?

When I win the twenty five thousand dollars, I will use it to scale this work and reach even more people. What began with helping burned out school administrators find balance has grown into a larger mission of helping leaders reclaim their time and realign their priorities. I will invest the resources into expanding the platform through trainings, speaking engagements, and tools that support leaders who are carrying heavy responsibilities.
