Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the women and communities who were never expected to lead but did anyway. I grew up in South Philadelphia watching resilience, creativity, and survival turn into strength. Today I build platforms that help others turn their lived experiences into leadership, opportunity, and legacy. My daughters also inspire me to build something that outlives me.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose. Every program I build, every course I design, and every conversation I lead is about opening doors for someone else. When I see a woman find her voice, a leader gain confidence, or an institution become stronger, it reminds me that the work matters. I also stay grounded through faith, reflection, and remembering where I started.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds into expanding leadership and mentorship programs through Purple Sheep Consulting and the We Are H.E.R. movement. This includes developing scholarships, scaling training programs for emerging leaders, and increasing access to mentorship for women and young girls who may not otherwise have those opportunities. The goal is to turn opportunity into long-term impact.
