My inspiration in business is people and the power of relationships. Throughout my career in leadership and entrepreneurship, I’ve seen that success grows from trust, collaboration, and strong networks. My work focuses on building social capital—helping people connect, create opportunity, and build businesses that strengthen communities and leave a lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact my work has on others. Whether teaching students, supporting entrepreneurs, or helping organizations grow, I’m energized by seeing people gain confidence, opportunity, and connection. Knowing that the work I do can help someone move forward keeps me focused and driven every day.

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding programs that help students and emerging entrepreneurs build stronger networks and leadership skills. My work focuses on developing social capital—the relationships that open doors to opportunity. This funding would allow me to create workshops, resources, and mentorship opportunities that help more people turn ideas into meaningful impact.
