Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My brother is my greatest inspiration in business. From a young age, he showed me what entrepreneurship looks like—selling pencils, paper, and snacks at school and consistently selling out, not because the products were unique, but because of how he made people feel. He taught me early that connection, trust, and experience are just as valuable as the service itself.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I entered healthcare in the first place. As a child, I experienced the fear and helplessness of fracturing my arm and relying on others for care. That moment stayed with me. It drives my commitment to ensure my patients feel seen, supported, and never alone in their most vulnerable moments.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 to grow my clinic’s impact and reach. Funds would support targeted marketing to increase patient access, launch a mobile clinic providing free care to homeless populations, and hire a trauma-informed therapist to expand mental health services. This investment would strengthen a scalable, community-centered model delivering equitable, integrated healthcare.
