Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from scientists, entrepreneurs, and humanitarians working to solve global challenges. I’m especially inspired by innovators advancing clean energy, responsible resource development, and technologies that improve human health. Their work reminds me that business can be a force for good when it combines scientific progress, ethical leadership, and global collaboration.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. When I see how innovation in energy, materials, and medicine can improve lives, it reminds me why the work matters. I also stay inspired through collaboration with global partners, researchers, and entrepreneurs who are committed to building solutions for a more sustainable and equitable future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand outreach and education around emerging technologies that support clean energy, advanced materials, and responsible resource development. Funding would support educational initiatives, partnerships with researchers and entrepreneurs, and programs that encourage young people—especially women—to pursue careers in science, engineering, and innovation.
