Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I will say my husband, my kids and seeing how far I've come over the years are who and what inspires me every day. My kids watched me go through a brutal divorce and get left with nothing to a top leader in the local real estate community. I woke up every day to do and be better for them. My current husband helped me love myself and see my worth for the first time in 30 years. Now I always strive to do better every year to show my kids that they can do anything they set their mind to.

How do you stay motivated?

What motivates me daily are my family and my team. I have people who count on me every day to keep them going and I love being that support they need in their lives. I am motivated to always help others. Their success makes me happy. Being able to give my kids the life they deserve motivates me but instead of motivation it became determination which to me is stronger because motivation comes and goes but discipline leads to determination.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put it towards a much needed family vacation and renovate my kids and my bathroom.
