I’m inspired by the opportunity to build a company that reflects the values I believe in—hard work, accountability, and pride in the work we do. Having experienced different work environments, I’m motivated to create one where employees feel valued and where customers consistently receive a high standard of service. For me, entrepreneurship is about building something that lasts and setting a higher standard for both employees and customers.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the challenge of building something from the ground up. Every day is a new day, I am given the opportunity to improve the business, refine systems, and deliver a better experience for customers. Seeing the progress over time and knowing the work I put in directly shapes the future of the company keeps me focused. I’m motivated by growth, by setting higher standards, and by creating opportunities for others to succeed as the business grows.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would reinvest it into growing the business. The funds would go toward expanding equipment, improving systems, and increasing marketing. I would also focus on expanding our service to new areas, bringing the same premium detailing experience to more customers across Canada. My goal is to build a service known for quality, consistency, and professionalism while creating opportunities for employees to grow with the company.
