Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I know what it means to be counted out. I lived it. And while navigating, I discovered something unshakeable, I was created for more. Not despite my story, but through it. That lived experience didn't disqualify me; it called me. Now I walk alongside others the way I needed someone to walk with me, with dignity and with care. That's not just my purpose. It's my proof. My fulfillment.

How do you stay motivated?

The gap won't let me rest. I see it every day, people falling through the cracks of systems that were never really built for them. That need is not abstract to me. I've been in that gap. And knowing it still exists, knowing people are still waiting, still overlooked, still underserved, that keeps me moving. Not out of anger, but out of urgency. The gap is real. The need is now. And as long as it exists, so does my drive. That's what keeps me going.
