Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business comes from the people I serve. Helping people heal and grow is my gift, mission, and purpose. I’m also inspired by women of color in private practice who have built meaningful, lucrative businesses from nothing but talent and vision. As a psychotherapist who entered entrepreneurship without formal training, I’ve learned through mistakes, mentorship, and faith. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my mission to help my people overcome trauma while also creating financial freedom to protect my own mental health. Balancing personal challenges, like supporting my mom’s transplant recovery, with business growth can be tough, but the positive impact I have on clients and my community keeps me inspired and excited to scale my business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use $25,000 to scale my wellness services, hire support staff, and begin creating a boutique wellness space where I can host engaging workshops, yoga classes, and curated healing experiences that reduce stress and foster connection. I would also love to offer affordable offices for holistic practitioners to rent. Offering low-cost programs through community-focused contracts would build sustainable revenue streams that expand my reach and help more people than I ever could one to one.
