Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my family, my community, and the generations of entrepreneurs before me. Both of my parents were entrepreneurs, along with my grandparents and many before them. My husband is also an entrepreneur, and watching that grit up close inspires me daily. I’m also inspired by my mentor Cindy, who has overcome so much and built a business that impacts many lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to help people create a better future and to build something meaningful through the work I do. Every home I help someone buy or sell represents a major life milestone, and being part of that never gets old. My family motivates me daily. They are my "why". I also stay grounded by spending time in nature in the Blue Ridge Mountains, which reminds me to stay grateful, focused, and keep moving forward even when entrepreneurship gets hard.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing my real estate business in ways that would create even more opportunity for the people I serve and the community I love. It would help me expand my marketing, reach more families with the dream of homeownership, and invest in opportunities that create long-term impact. My goal is to use entrepreneurship not just to grow a business, but to help more families build stability, create generational wealth, and strengthen the community around me.
