Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from artists and small business owners who build something meaningful from the ground up. Running Twistid Ink taught me that creativity and entrepreneurship can go hand in hand. That same mindset pushed me to launch Twistid Arts Initiative, creating opportunities for young artists in a community that didn’t always have access to them. Seeing how creativity can change confidence and direction for kids continues to motivate me.

How do you stay motivated?

Building something from the ground up keeps me motivated. Running Twistid Ink and growing Twistid Arts Initiative both come with challenges, but seeing ideas turn into real opportunities for artists and young people makes the hard work worth it. Every time a student finds their confidence or a production brings the community together, it pushes me to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the entire $25,000 into Twistid Arts Initiative to support our youth arts programs. The funding would help cover production costs, art supplies, and scholarships so more kids and teens in our community can participate in theatre and arts education. It would also help us continue building our visual and performing arts space so we can serve even more young artists in the future.
