Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is a contradiction I couldn't ignore. High-end "wellness centers" and athletic clubs claim to be devoted to human wellness—but if you are truly committed to human goodness and wellness, you price no person out of it. That belief is the foundation of Fitness S.O.S. High-quality, restorative care is not a luxury. It is a right. And I built this studio to prove it.

How do you stay motivated?

I am motivated by pure joy for this work. I love what I do, and I love the people I serve. I love their stories, their outcomes, and watching them return to life again. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and healed—and to not be alone on their journey. I am there with them. I am also deeply motivated by my phenomenal staff—an unbeatable team of amazing, unique humans who help carry this mission forward every single day. Because love is servitude.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would go directly back into our community. We would use it to sponsor memberships for those who can't afford care, ensuring no one is priced out of wellness. We would provide free educational workshops for the public. We would also offer our studio space free of charge for events supporting individuals recovering from cancer, and provide a safe space for special needs service dog training for persons with disabilities. Because true wellness serves everyone.
