Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration for starting my business is my dad. He owned a business for five years, and watching the dedication, discipline, and hard work he put into it made a big impact on me. Seeing how committed he was to building something of his own inspired me to pursue entrepreneurship and create a business that reflects the same determination and effort.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by knowing my business can positively impact my community. By donating profits to the organizations hosting the events, I can help provide scholarships for kids to play sports or help teams afford things like new jerseys. I’m also motivated by the chance to hire kids my age and teach them valuable job skills, helping prepare my generation for the workforce.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received the $25,000, I would use it to purchase equipment, supplies, and inventory so I can consistently operate at youth sports events. I would also invest in a better coffee cart, signage, and storage. Part of the funding would also go toward hiring and training students my age and building an emergency fund to help the business grow and operate long term.
