My 91 year old Italian immigrant dad is our mentor, hero and inspiration! He came to the states in 1960, not speaking a word of English, but was able to open our family business A&S Pork store in 1967! I run the business with my husband, son and daughter. In 2015,we added the pizza room which has evolved into an amazing business that helped to bring new life to the Pork Store and make dad very proud! Our story is one of love, family and an amazing community!
How do you stay motivated?I stay motived by learning to use all of the medias that are at our finger tips! Using social media has given me a way to connect with other business women and we support each other and share ideas to grow! Also, I pray a lot. Through prayer, I find peace and allow my mind some quiet time to reflect on the blessing I receive each day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would reinvest it in our store and donate to JDRF and the PKAN research Foundation!
