My inspiration is Beyoncé Carter Knowles. She’s the epitome of what being every woman is about. She is a serial entrepreneur, a mother, an artist, a wife, a founder; investor, priestess… she is my blueprint for what success as an entrepreneur looks like to me.
How do you stay motivated?I think of the legacy that I’m leaving for my children. I also contemplate heavily on the impact that my success will have for my community and people of color throughout the diaspora.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to invest in my business, scale operations, use some for marketing, and create two scholarships for students (One male/ One female) who present excellence in leadership and community and cultural preservation.
