Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Community is my biggest motivation in business. Having worked in many industries the insight that the experience brings from meeting and working with amazing individuals from various backgrounds beliefs and work ethics has been a huge motivator. From warehouse production to the green industries to food and hospitality the deep understanding of not only businesses and organizations but the people that keep the intersecting operations running.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through consistent self reminders of a bigger picture. I don't just design and I always wanted to use my skills and ability to help others and the environment. My goal is to use my design company to not only create a livable income for my little family and I, but continue my education and certification in other lines of work. I stay motivated knowing that no matter the shifts in the world that through creation and determination and grit amazing possibilities can be achieved.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would scale and market my design company while finishing my studies. I would invest a portion of it into furthering studies while contribute to my transition into Bachelor-level studies. By upgrading my equipment to industry standards, I will provide higher-tier design assets for my business as well as humanitarian and environmental initiatives. This investment doesn't just fund a degree it builds a sustainable bridge between my education, and a business that serves the community.
