Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Laura Spaulding, owner of Spaulding Decon, has been a huge source of motivation for me. Seeing how she built a business rooted in professionalism, compassion, and strength showed me what’s possible in this industry. She’s proof that you can lead with both heart and resilience, and that’s something I carry into my own work every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the people I help. This work isn’t just cleaning; it’s showing up for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Knowing I can make a real difference, even in a small way, keeps me going and reminds me why I started.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 back into my business to purchase new equipment and strengthen our marketing efforts. This would allow me to expand our reach across Eastern Ontario, help more people in difficult situations, and continue building a company rooted in compassion, quality, and trust.
