Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My aunt is my inspiration. She survived the Liberian Civil War, where she served in the government, and came to America as a refugee with nothing familiar except her determination. She built a thriving daycare business from scratch. She went from displacement to entrepreneurship, which taught me that building something of your own isn't just about making money. It's about reclaiming your story. I carry that lesson on: your hardest chapter can become someone else's blueprint for possibility.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because the work is personal. As a woman of color who was once displaced by war, every organization I help transform with AI is proof of what's possible when people who've been overlooked lead the way. The nonprofits I serve are doing critical work, and they deserve strategies as sharp as their missions. Setbacks don't slow me down. They sharpen me. I push harder because the communities counting on these organizations can't afford for me to stop.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 directly into scaling my business. Specifically: $10,000 toward developing a scalable AI readiness assessment tool for nonprofits, $8,000 toward marketing and client acquisition, $4,000 toward workforce development curriculum for underserved organizations, and $3,000 toward a pro bono AI strategy engagement for a nonprofit that couldn't otherwise afford it. Every dollar would go toward closing the gap between AI's promise and the organizations that need it most.
