Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my mother. She ran a children’s talent team that I was a part of growing up. Through that experience, she not only nurtured creativity but also taught us important values like discipline, saving, and giving back to our community. Watching her impact so many young lives through leadership and mentorship inspired my own journey in the arts and entrepreneurship.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my “why.” I stay driven by knowing that someone is counting on me—not only my family, but also the people I haven’t met yet whose lives may be impacted by the work I do. That purpose reminds me to keep building, creating, and showing up with intention.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to support a year-long calendar of community performing arts events through Eotree Productions and the Village Glory program. The funding would help produce our first annual showcase and cover venue, production, marketing, and artist development costs, creating consistent opportunities for local performers while expanding access to the arts and strengthening community connection through storytelling.
