Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My true inspiration came from being told years ago I would not amount to anything because I had my daughter at a young age. I faced a lot of challenges while working two jobs, going to school full time, and raising my son and daughter. Not to mention, in all of that, an unstoppable drive was created. No pity, just what I call muddy waters. Later on, Pink Lotus Luxury Spa was born. A Lotus born out of muddy waters, baptized and cleansed as it grew to become an unstoppable flower!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the passion and love of helping others and the love of what I do as a Skin Specialist and Accountant. It helps when I see the smiles on my clients faces when their service has been completed. When I see my clients are satisfied with their service, that ignites fire to my soul to do more. Definitely a driven passion.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in a larger location (sometime in the future), hire a few newly graduated estheticians, train them on the brand and vision, the business, and I would give back to the community by supporting under privileged girls.
