My inspiration comes from my personal health journey and the women I represent—high-performing, resilient, and often silently struggling with gut and hormonal issues. I’m inspired by founders who turn pain into purpose and build brands that truly change lives. My goal with Date With Benefits is to disrupt the wellness space by making gut health effective, approachable, and unapologetically bold.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started—my health, my family, and the women who need a better solution. I’ve faced challenges that forced me to rethink everything, and that fuels me daily. I focus on progress over perfection, keep a strong mindset, and surround myself with people who believe in the vision. Even on hard days, I choose discipline and gratitude.
