My inspiration comes from family, culture, and small business owners who build something meaningful from the ground up. Food has always been a way for people to connect, celebrate, and share culture. Seeing entrepreneurs turn their passion for food into businesses that bring people together inspires me to grow Äkire’s Kitchen into something that represents community, creativity, and culture.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Äkire’s Kitchen represents more than food; it represents culture, creativity, and building something of my own. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and improve. Seeing people enjoy what I create and supporting a vision I believe in keeps me focused on growing the business and turning my ideas into something real.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in the growth of Äkire’s Kitchen by purchasing commercial kitchen equipment, high quality ingredients, and packaging. I would also invest in branding, marketing, and pop up events to expand visibility in the community. This funding would help me move from small scale production to a more structured business that can serve more customers and create lasting impact.
