Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my past. Every challenge I’ve faced motivates me to prove to myself that I can do better and be better. Through my company, To the Moon and Back, I channel that drive into helping other small business owners succeed. My mission is to take administrative and financial burdens off their shoulders so they can focus on growing their businesses and pursuing their goals.

How do you stay motivated?

My clients help me stay motivated. There is never a dull moment in my business—there’s always something to reclassify, code, fix, or repair. Being deeply involved in my clients’ financial operations keeps me engaged and constantly learning. I enjoy solving problems, cleaning up financial records, and creating better systems that help their businesses run more smoothly.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would first pay off my Dell credit card balance which was used to purchase a new computer. Screens and printer. I would then purchase a new printer, so I don't have to hear it squeak anymore (it’s actually a joke in office). Next, I would upgrade our Secure Client Portal for multi-user access to serve my clients better and install an extra level of security on my network. Lastly, funds would go to marketing to improve visibility and be more active with non- profits giving sponsorships!
