Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from educators who dedicate their lives to helping students succeed. Teachers shape the future, yet many face barriers when working toward certification or advancing their careers. That motivates me to build out TutoringEZ’s tools, study resources, and support systems that make the certification process clearer, more accessible, and less overwhelming for educators.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the teachers we help. Every time an educator passes a certification exam after using our materials, it reinforces why the work matters. Teachers are working professionals balancing careers, families, and exams, and making that process easier for them drives me to keep improving TutoringEZ and expanding the resources we provide.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding the professional development division of TutoringEZ. The goal is to build accredited continuing education courses that help teachers maintain their licenses and grow in their careers. The funding would support course development, platform improvements, and outreach to school districts so we can provide affordable professional development opportunities to more educators.
