Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my family. My mom believed in my dream of becoming a chef and helped turn that dream into reality by building this business with me. I’m also inspired by my father and grandmother, who served in the military. Their service motivates me to proudly support and serve our soldiers through our work.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated is the opportunity to serve the soldiers who pass through McGregor Range at Fort Bliss Tx where we have been open and serving for 10 years. Knowing that something as simple as a good meal and a friendly face can make a difference for someone preparing to deploy means a lot to me. Seeing soldiers return years later and remember us reminds me why we started and encourages me to keep growing our business and serving with pride.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received $25,000, we would invest it into expanding our business by getting our second food truck (pizza truck) fully operational, upgrading essential equipment, and hiring additional help. This would allow us to serve more customers and better support the soldiers and community we proudly serve. It would help our small family business grow sustainably while creating opportunities for others to be part of our journey.
