Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My late father is my inspiration. Though he never launched his many business ideas, like a "hospital for sick teddies" to fund children’s healthcare, his boundless creativity lives on through me. I am turning his "what-ifs" into a reality that honors his memory and helps my family thrive. PartyAnimals carries his heart forward by hosting monthly birthday parties for children in hospital care, ensuring no child misses a milestone.

How do you stay motivated?

My family is my primary motivation. I am building PartyAnimals to provide a legacy and a "fallback" for my children—a foundation that inspires them to pursue their own dreams. At 33, returning to school to launch this business, I am teaching them that it is never too late to reinvent yourself. My drive comes from proving through my own perseverance that no matter when you start, you can succeed if you simply refuse to quit.
