Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Being in retail for over 30 years on every level, I offer independent contracting for people who are trying to make ends meet or people who just need to know that they still have a purpose in life (veterans, retirees, college students, layoffs or someone just needing something extra). I also play a key role in assisting small manufacturers with getting their products in stores. This keeps me inspired and it's rewarding to give back.

How do you stay motivated?

At the beginning of this competition, I knew that my family and friends would have my back, but this entrepreneurship has shown me to what "degree". Even co-workers, strangers and class mates that I haven't seen or heard from in years have arisen to the occasion. I have been overwhelmed with work and life and have felt that maybe I should just drop out. You "all' have given me so much hope, I can't let " you" down. Thank you so much, I am truly blessed. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to finish creating an organic product that is not common in stores. It is great for all skin & hair. While shopping for a home a couple of years ago, there was a fire where my daughter and I were staying. Everything that was saved for the purchase of the house had to be used to replace everything that we lost, and we lost "everything"! Starting over again, I would definitely put most in a savings for the purchase.
