Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my own family and the lack of financial education in Latino communities. Growing up, my family was financially scammed, and I remember seeing my father stressed about the money we had worked so hard for. I saw friends, neighbors, and many families face similar struggles because they lacked access to financial literacy. Across Latin America, people work hard for what they earn but often don’t have the tools to save or invest. Seeing this motivated me to build D&iac

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Millions of families in Latin America lack access to basic financial education, and that knowledge gap limits opportunities. Every time someone tells me they finally understand saving or investing because of my content, it reminds me that this work matters. My goal is to offer free financial education programs and eventually collaborate with universities to give students access to financial knowledge, career opportunities, and a great future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would use the funding to accelerate the development and launch of Día Uno. The funds would help hire teachers and financial professionals to improve the curriculum, build partnerships with companies to offer valuable discounts and resources for students, and keep the program completely free for families. I would also invest in developing the Día Uno mobile app so anyone across Latin America can access financial education for free.
