Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from real life - being a mom, builder, and a woman determined to change the trajectory of my family and community. I’m inspired by gaps I’ve witnessed in housing, business, & support systems as well as the opportunity to do better. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because failure is not an option- I have responsibilities that require me to win. Even in challenging seasons, I focus on solutions, not setbacks. I’ve built my business from ground up while navigating real-life pressures, & that resilience keeps me going. I stay grounded in my purpose: to create impact, not just income. Seeing progress- whether it’s a completed project, satisfied client, or a new opportunity- pushes me forward every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would strategically invest the 25k to scale PZS into a stronger community-impact-driven operation. Expanding my team, securing tools & systems to increase efficiency, & investing in marketing and infrastructure to take on larger development & PM opportunities. A portion would also go toward launching structured programs that provide resources within underserved communities because my mission is not just to grow a business, but to build ecosystems that create generational wealth.
