My inspiration in business comes from other Cuban resilient entrepreneurs who have overcome adversity to achieve success in this country. Their stories of determination and innovation motivate me to pursue my dreams relentlessly. Additionally, the desire to create opportunities for myself and my family and leave a legacy to my sons that everything is possible in a country of opportunities.
How do you stay motivated?Setting realist goals and break them into manageable tasks. Visualizing my success to reinforce my purpose. Establishing a routine that fosters consistency. Following successful entrepreneurs with similar interests. Celebrating small wins and being flexible in adapting to setbacks. Committing to continuous learning to master my skills. Learning to take breaks for self-care. Connecting with my "why" to remind myself of my motivations commitment to my goals.
What would you do with the $25,000?I plan to hire a motivated team that shares my vision and energy, improving our operational efficiency I will invest in targeted advertising to expand our reach and increase brand awareness. I’m also 100% committed to promoting mental health awareness among our youth in the community by harnessing the power of natural products and self-care practices.
