Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is the opportunity to build something meaningful that outlives me. I’m inspired by hardworking entrepreneurs who create opportunities through their gifts, persistence, and vision. Their example reminds me that business can be both successful and impactful—creating freedom, building legacy, and opening doors for others to walk through.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by both purpose and possibility. Internally, I’m driven by the fulfillment that comes from building meaningful work and creating impact through my gifts. Externally, I’m inspired by my sister, my cousins, and other hardworking entrepreneurs who are building lives from their craft. Their resilience and determination keep me focused, while my vision, goals, and daily discipline push me to keep going and open doors for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would use it to grow The Aligned SOULutions by strengthening operations, expanding marketing, and securing contractor support to increase capacity and deepen community impact. I would also invest in launching a new product-based business through product development, branding, packaging, and market testing to create a sustainable new revenue stream aligned with my mission.
