Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration is my mother. After losing her leg, I saw how movement could restore not just strength, but dignity and confidence. That experience shaped my purpose. I’m also inspired by businesses that scale impact—proving you can build something profitable while changing lives at the same time.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my “why.” This work is personal. Every time I see a senior regain strength, confidence, or independence, it fuels me. Progress over perfection keeps me going. I focus on impact, stay consistent with my habits, and surround myself with people who believe in the mission as much as I do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into scaling Anew Fitness—expanding into new communities, hiring and training instructors, and strengthening our digital platform to reach more seniors. The goal is to increase access, improve consistency, and grow recurring partnerships so we can serve more people while building a sustainable, scalable business.
