Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from solving real problems for people. As a pharmacist and entrepreneur, I’ve seen how broken parts of healthcare leave patients without solutions. That drives me to build businesses that close those gaps. I’m also inspired by my family and community—especially seeing patients regain quality of life through personalized medicine we create at our pharmacy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impact. Every day I see patients who finally get relief because we created a customized medication when nothing else worked. That reminds me that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business—it’s about solving problems that matter. I also stay motivated by building a legacy for my family and proving that independent healthcare businesses can innovate faster and care deeper.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 directly into expanding access to personalized medicine. The funds would help scale compounding technology, improve automation for faster prescription turnaround, and expand patient access through mail delivery and 24-hour medication lockers. This investment would allow us to serve more patients across Texas who cannot find customized medications at traditional pharmacies.
