Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration and my business are my life. I’ve faced obstacles since I was young — trouble in my youth, incarceration, losing my father to suicide, and the battles of entrepreneurship. Those experiences shaped me. I wanted to build more than a gym. I created a holistic space where people can train, heal, grow, and evolve mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually — not just work out, but truly transform.

How do you stay motivated?

How do I stay motivated? The truth is I don’t. Motivation comes and goes. When you’ve been through life and business long enough, you realize you can’t depend on feelings. It’s about discipline. It’s about building strong habits and solid systems. Once those are in place, you don’t wake up needing motivation. You follow the template. Discipline and consistency carry you when motivation fades.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I plan to upgrade my facility and build out an outdoor training space to expand our programming and community events. I’ll also use part of the funds to improve my credit, positioning the business to qualify for larger financing. That next step will allow me to scale the brand through merchandise, marketing, and stronger brand awareness in the community.
