How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by protecting my energy. I tend to absorb others’ energy, so I make sure to prioritize sleep, exercise, and keeping my workload focused so I can stay clear, balanced, and productive.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win this funding, I will use it to further develop and launch AMA, a women-focused sports performance brand designed specifically for female athletes. The funding will go toward product development, testing, and outreach to women’s athletic programs so we can create solutions that truly support female performance, recovery, and health.
